1. Agreement
By using MySigil you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. What we provide
MySigil creates personalised sigils, readings, horoscopes and other cosmic content using astrology and artificial intelligence. Everything on this site is offered for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, psychological or financial advice, and it is no substitute for professional care.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping access to your account secure. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, automated scraping, or anything unlawful.
4. Purchases and membership
Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and include applicable taxes where required. Memberships renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Refunds
Because everything we sell is delivered digitally and generated for you personally, purchases are generally final once delivered. If something did not arrive, arrived broken, or is not what was described, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you. See our refund policy.
6. Your content and ours
You keep the rights to the details you submit. Sigils and readings created for you are yours to use personally, including printing them. Reselling generated artwork, or reproducing site content, code or branding, requires our written permission. If you opt in to the community gallery, you allow us to show your sigil publicly without your personal details.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, resell access, or use it to harass others or produce unlawful material.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep MySigil available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above, and continued use means you accept the revised terms.
